Conocimientos sobre evaluación kinésica traumatológica en estudiantes de la carrera de Fisioterapia y Kinesiología

Introducción: La evaluación kinésica en traumatología requiere del dominio de escalas, pruebas ortopédicas y materiales de exploración que permiten formular un diagnóstico kinésico preciso y planificar el tratamiento. El objetivo fue determinar los conocimientos sobre evaluación kinésica traumatológica en estudiantes de 3.er año de Fisioterapia y Kinesiología de la Universidad del Norte durante 2023.
Materiales y métodos: Estudio observacional, descriptivo, transversal y cuantitativo. Cuestionario en línea, voluntario y anónimo, a 35 estudiantes de 3.er año.
Resultados: Escala de Daniel's conocida por el 100 %; índice de Barthel 62,9 %; Tinetti 34,3 %. Pruebas: cajón anterior de rodilla 91,4 %, cajón posterior 82,9 %, Adams 71,4 %, Lachman 68,6 %. Apoyo teórico principal: libros/materiales de profesores (77,1 %). Radiografías 65,7 %; goniómetro 80 %. Seguridad moderada al evaluar: 51,4 %. La mayoría (57,1 %) consideró evaluar al inicio, durante y al final. Fortaleza: clases prácticas (74,3 %); debilidad: falta de práctica clínica (80 %).
Conclusiones: Conocimiento amplio de escalas y pruebas, con seguridad predominantemente moderada. Se respalda fortalecer la práctica clínica supervisada.
